As an admin of your Opti-X accounts, you will have the ability to add new teammate accounts which give other users access to Opti-X. Here is how you add a new user in the following steps:

Open the users list under “Admin” → “Users” in the navigation bar and click the “Add User” button

Fill in the details of the new user and if you have multiple brands associated with your account, select which brands they should have access to.

Note that if you do not select any brands for this account to have “User” level access to, they will not be able to log into the Opti-X Admin and this user will need to be deleted and created again.

After you save the new user, an email will be sent to the users’ email address for them to complete set up of their account.

You can then edit this user’s account and delete them should you need to.
