Methods of Data Delivery
Optimove offers flexible data delivery methods to suit diverse client needs:
1. Cloud Storage Solutions
- AWS S3: Requires Access Key ID, Secret Access Key, and Bucket Name. Data files (CSV, JSON, PARQUET) are delivered as full or incremental updates.
- Google Cloud Storage: Data is uploaded to a designated bucket, with access permissions managed by Optimove.
- Azure Blob Storage: Uses a SAS Token and stage URL for data transfer.
2. SFTP
- Optimove-managed SFTP: Optimove will provide the SFTP details. Contact your PM/CSM for setup.
- Client-managed SFTP: Provide host details, username, password, and port.
3. Snowflake Data Share
For clients using Snowflake, Optimove supports Snowflake Data Sharing:
- Enables secure sharing of structured tables directly with Optimove.
- Data must be updated daily according to the agreed-upon schedule.
- Clients should coordinate with Optimove to confirm setup and account permissions.
