The Content Intelligence Agent helps you understand what types of content you're sending and which types perform better by connecting Optimove AI content tags to campaign reach and results. Use it to validate your content strategy, spot gaps in your content mix, and decide what to scale next.

Powering Journey Decisioning
The content patterns and customer preferences shown in this report directly power Journey Decisioning, which uses Auto Priority to select the most relevant campaign for each customer. When Auto Priority is enabled, the AI uses these content tag insights along with customer characteristics to match campaigns to customers based on their individual preferences and profile.
For example, if this report shows a customer responds strongly to "Free Bet" promotions delivered via Email with an urgent tone, Auto Priority will prioritize campaigns with those content tags when selecting which campaign that customer receives. This personalization works immediately for new campaigns, allowing Auto Priority to make smart selections even for campaigns with no historical performance data.
Use this report to understand which content patterns drive the strongest responses, and know that Auto Priority is automatically applying these insights at the individual customer level every day.
What This Report Is Based On
This report includes executed campaigns only and measures results using Total Targeted.
- Total Targeted counts how many customers were reached by campaigns in the selected view. A customer can be counted more than once if they received more than one campaign, so this reflects total reach volume, not unique people.
- % of Total Targeted shows each tag value's share of Total Customers for the selected attribute, so percentages add up to 100%.
- Response Rate is the rate of customers who contributed to the uplift metric, out of the total customers in the group. This is measured according to each campaign's measurement settings.
Filters
All sections of the report respond to the same set of filters:
- Date Range (default: Last 7 Days)
- Product Type
- Lifecycle Stage
- Site Filter (the same Site Filter used across Optimove)
What You'll See
Most Used Content Categories
A quick view of the content patterns that dominate your customer reach. This section helps you answer: "What are we leaning on most right now?"
Word size is proportional to Total Targeted — larger values represent content characteristics that appear more frequently in your delivered communications for the selected filters.
Content Performance
This section helps you decide what to scale, what to refine, and what to test more. It compares two complementary metrics for a selected content category, Product Category, Promotion Type, or Tone of Voice:
- Customer Share — share of Total Customers per tag value
- Response Rate — outcome rate per tag value, based on the campaign's measurement settings
Look for the following patterns when reviewing the data:
- Tag values that represent a meaningful customer share and consistently perform well — these are your proven content strengths to double down on.
- Tag values with high customer share but lower response rates — candidates to rethink or test alternatives for.
- Tag values with strong response rates but low customer share — candidates to expand to a broader audience.
A summary card highlights the leading value for the selected category and includes Total Customers, so you can understand the scale behind each result.
Additional Content Tags Performance
Explore performance across additional AI content attributes using the same two metrics, Total Targeted share and Response Rate. Select the attribute you want to examine from the dropdown.
Use this section to drill into specific content dimensions beyond the three main categories, then validate whether performance patterns are supported by sufficient customer reach before acting on them.
