Target Group Discovery supports two predictive approaches:
• Deposit/Purchase Affinity – Helps identify the best segmentation criteria to Target Groups by predicting which customers are more or less likely to make a deposit or complete a purchase.
• Product/Game Affinity – Helps identify customers based on their predicted interest in a specific product, game, or category, enhancing segmentation for Target Group creation.
Both approaches use machine learning models trained on historical behavioral data to generate actionable Target Groups that can be activated directly in Campaign Builder.
