Optimove integrates with a wide range of SMS providers so you can send SMS (formerly OptiText) campaigns through the vendor that best fits your needs, your regions, and your existing commercial relationships. In this article, we present all of the SMS vendors currently integrated with Optimove, along with how each integration is built.

Every vendor listed here is an integrated Optimove SMS partner. If a vendor is not listed, Optimove does not currently have an integration with that provider. To discuss pricing or to be introduced to any of the partners below, contact your Account Executive.

How SMS Integrations Work

SMS vendors connect to Optimove in one of two ways. Both deliver the same in-platform experience for building and sending your SMS campaigns — the difference is who builds and maintains the connection.

• Optimove-built vendor API integration: Optimove builds and maintains a direct integration with the vendor's own API. These integrations are developed and owned by Optimove.
• Partner-built integration via the Optimove SMS API: The vendor builds and maintains its own integration using the Optimove SMS API. These integrations are developed and owned by the partner.
