The ID of the Facebook ad account you want Optimove to use. The ID can be found in Facebook’s Ads Manager, by selecting the relevant ad account from the dropdown list.

The name of the Facebook ad account you want Optimove to use.

You must choose the method by which Facebook will match its users to the customers in your database. You may select as many matching fields as you require from the dropdown above. More methods mean higher chances of matching customers. Values for whichever option you select must be included in the daily data received by Optimove and preferably in the same format that is required by Facebook.

Provide the customer attributes in your Optimove site that correspond with the Facebook User ID types you selected above. Please separate them with a comma or semicolon.

Please provide additional Facebook Names & Corresponding IDs in this format: Facebook name Facebook ID ; Facebook name Facebook ID; Facebook name Facebook ID

Please provide the Facebook Application ID of your main Facebook Ad account.

The Brand name that will be used in your Optimove site to differentiate between different accounts within the same Optimove site. Fill this in only if you have more than one Brand associated to your Optimove instance. (Please use semicolon separated for multiple entries)

Please fill out your Attentive CSM Email Address, in case the Optimove team needs a contact person on Attentive's end.

Please fill out your Optimove customer attributes that should be available for Attentive (Comma-separated)

Disclaimer - Attributes exposed in the SFTP will be exposed to any CSV execution channel with Optimove

Please specify Content Builder folder ID(s), Comma-separated

By Default, Optimove will pull all the templates within the Content Builder Folders that you provided. In case you would like Optimove to only pull specific templates, a template prefix should be associated with these templates. The prefix should include letters (Maximum of 4 letters), followed by an underscore (example: “XXX_”).

Please specify your Salesforce account time zone.

Both "Salesforce Contact Key" and "Email Address" can be used to match customers in Salesforce DB and Optimove DB. You must ensure that either the Salesforce Contact Key or the Email Address are synced with Optimove as part of the daily batch and there is a corresponding attribute in the Optimove instance. Please specify the correspondence attribute in Optimove.

To generate the code, you should log to your business Pinterest account and visit: https://www.pinterest.com/oauth/?client_id=YOUR_CLIENT_ID&redirect_uri=YOUR_REDIRECT_URI&response_type=code&scope=ads:write,ads:read,user_accounts:read,user_accounts:write *please add the missing client id and redirect url with yours. This will prompt an access screen - you must click “Give Access” to retrieve the code. After giving access, copy the code from the URL and provide it to Optimove in the Authorization Code field. Using this code, Optimove will use to create token.
