What Does the Consent History Page Do?
- Investigate Consent Status: Easily track the consent status of a specific customer for each channel.
- View History Across Channels: Access a detailed history of changes made to customer preferences for Email, SMS, Push, Web Push, and In-App.
- Download Historical Data: Export consent records for auditing, compliance, or internal use.
How to Access the Consent History Page
- Navigate to the Customer 360 Report.
- Search for the Customer ID to view.
- Click the View Consent History button for the page to load.
