Build an Instant Executive CRM Dashboard
Get board-ready CRM numbers on demand by asking Claude, instead of building the report by hand every week.
CRM and executive teams often spend hours each week assembling the same recurring numbers: campaign uplift, the acquisition funnel, lifecycle counts, and segment sizes. With the Optimove MCP connected to Claude, the team asks for those figures in plain language and gets them back instantly, no manual pulling or counting.
A typical weekly executive dashboard covers cumulative campaign uplift per brand, the full acquisition funnel (registered → deposited → played) with drop-off analysis at each step, and active player counts by lifecycle stage alongside the size of key Target Groups. Because Claude can also read data you paste or attach, the same view can blend Optimove numbers with external context such as ad-platform spend, sales, and budget.
What you need to run this on the Claude branch.
| Ingredient | What to use |
|---|---|
| AI assistant | Claude (Desktop or Cowork) |
| Connector | Optimove MCP |
| Optimove data | Campaign results, acquisition funnel, lifecycle stages, Target Group sizes |
| Optional inputs | Ad-platform spend export, sales and budget figures (pasted or attached) |
Copy this into your assistant with the Optimove connector on. Replace anything in [brackets].
You are my CRM analyst. Using the Optimove MCP, build my weekly executive dashboard for the week ending [DATE]. Include: 1. Cumulative campaign uplift per brand versus control 2. The acquisition funnel — registered → deposited → played — with conversion and drop-off rates at each step 3. Active player counts by lifecycle stage, plus the size of my top Target Groups Present it as a clean summary I can drop into a slide, and flag the two biggest week-over-week changes. I'll paste our ad spend and budget below so you can add spend-to-uplift context.
Campaign Planning Loop
Opens with a live performance read across a multi-system tracker — the same 'ask and get the numbers' motion this use case is built on.
The flow, step by step:
Connect the Optimove MCP. In Claude, confirm the Optimove MCP is connected and that Claude can read your instance. Ask “Which Optimove instance are you connected to?” to verify.
Ask for the core numbers. Paste the prompt. Claude pulls campaign uplift, the acquisition funnel, and lifecycle and Target Group counts directly from Optimove.
Add external context. Paste or attach ad spend, sales, or budget figures. Claude blends them with the Optimove data so uplift sits next to spend.
Review the drop-off analysis. Check the funnel step-by-step. Ask follow-ups like “Where did we lose the most players this week, and how does that compare to last week?”
Reuse it weekly. Save the prompt. Each week, change the date and rerun — or schedule it (see the always-on automation use case) so the dashboard is waiting for you.
A lottery operator's CRM team stood this up in about two weeks and now runs its weekly executive dashboard entirely through the connector, blending Optimove data with ad, sales, and budget figures. In their words: “Before, we entered the platform, selected Target Groups and counted — now we ask and have the number instantly.” The team is tracking toward superuser status on the connector.

Does Claude change anything in my Optimove instance?
No. This use case is read-only — Claude reads campaign, funnel, and segment data and summarizes it. Nothing is created or edited.
Can I get the same numbers as a real slide?
Claude returns a clean summary you can paste into a deck. You can also ask it to format the output as a table or bullet summary sized for a single slide.
What if my funnel stages are named differently?
Just describe your stages in the prompt (for example, “registered → first deposit → first bet”). Claude maps to your instance's terminology.
