The AI Template Creation Agent builds and edits email templates from your connected AI client. You describe what you want, and it writes the HTML and saves it to your tenant within minutes.

What you can do

• Create templates from scratch. Describe the campaign and the agent writes a full HTML template, using Liquid personalization by default.
• Duplicate and transform an existing template. The agent copies the original and preserves its layout and personalization type (Legacy or Liquid), changing only what you ask for.
• Refine in chat. Update the subject line, copy, CTA, or layout with follow-up messages.
• Insert library images. The agent finds a BeeFree image by name or description and adds it to the template.

Common use cases

• Optimize a template with performance data. The agent reviews how the template's campaign or Target Group performed in your tenant, then rewrites the subject line, copy, or CTA around what drove opens and clicks.
• Refresh a winning template for a new offer. Duplicate your best-performing email and adapt the offer, dates, and creative for the next campaign.
• Add content variations. Request several versions of a template (subject lines, copy angles, creative) to test, then scale the winner.
• Add live content with Data Connections. Connect a Data Connection so odds, prices, or jackpots pull from one source and refresh automatically.
• Turn existing content into a master template. Point the agent at an email you already send; it keeps the layout and turns each text area into a labeled placeholder.
• Rebrand a template for another brand. Duplicate an approved template and swap logos, brand names, and colors.

Best practices

• Brief it like a colleague. Share the goal, offer, audience, tone, and any brand nuances; more context yields a better draft.
• Start from an approved template. The agent can pull any template in your library and build from it, keeping layout and styling consistent.
• Ask for personalization up front. Name the fields to personalize (first name, bonus amount, currency) as you brief it, so Liquid is baked in from the start.
• Describe the image you want. Images don't render in chat, so the agent searches your library semantically. Describe what you need (for example, "find a VIP reload hero" or "find images with a beach theme") and then confirm the file.

What's not supported yet

• AI image generation. The agent inserts existing BeeFree images only. To generate a new image, use Optimove AI in-platform.
• Inline image previews. Images don't display in chat, so the agent refers to them by name or description. Open the template in Optimove to see them
• Template previews. If you ask for a preview of the template in an external client, BeeFree image links can appear broken. They resolve once the template opens in the Optimove editor.

Finalize your template in Optimove

Every template you create saves to your template library as a draft, and nothing sends automatically. Open the deeplink from chat to review it in the HTML editor, then attach it to a campaign and activate in Optimove.
