Cambridge dictionary defines the word “View” as an opinion, belief, idea, or way of thinking about something.

It can also be defined as a way of thinking about the world or a particular way of thinking about someone or something.

Either way, the view is in the eye of the beholder.

Let’s take 2021 as an example – some of us experienced it as a sequel to 2020 with Covid, lockdowns, and time away from everything we are used to.

While some of us have experienced it differently – Maybe a fresh start, more time with our families, new opportunities emerging, and much more, it is all up to the way we view things – much like our new Mission Control Views.

As you (hopefully) already have experienced, Mission Control is the new, improved way for you to analyze, monitor, and plan your campaigns. It was created to provide a more holistic view of your marketing strategy, including both scheduled and real-time triggered campaigns.

Now, with Mission Control Views you can mold it to fit multiple perspectives –you can create multiple set-ups, add the data points that you want to see, organize them in the way you want to see them, and save them for future use.

In other words, not only are you able to create multiple views of your data, but you can also switch between them more quickly and more efficiently, while still carrying out your ongoing marketing tasks, all in one place.

If you are wondering what this means for our Marketing Plan, it will still be available in the meantime, but no longer as the go-to place for your marketing strategy.

Introducing Views

Much like its definition above, Mission Control Views grant you a unique perspective on your marketing strategy by providing you with out-of-the-box setups that fit your needs.

To get you started, we have rolled out three Views to help you get the gist of the past, present, and future of your marketing strategy:

Analysis– compare your campaigns’ performance as part of a series or among themselves
Monitoring– get a full view of what’s going on with your campaigns, their current status, and who’s the last editor – a great option for specific time frames like Today, to make sure everything’s working as planned
Planning– much like the familiar calendar view from the Marketing Plan, you can get a full view of what’s coming up and when for the timeframe of your choice, with the reimagined occurrence calendar

Your personal view of things

Rather than having to recreate a specific setup like the one you presented last month, you can now create diverse views with different breakdowns of data, save them, and move on to the next view – all with a click of a button.

But just like everything in life, you should be able to give your perspective to Mission Control as well. That is why with Views you can create as many setups as you need.

Your custom views can include different columns and data points, starting from the relevant target group, the chosen campaign, recurrence, and even revenue – you can display, filter, and sort your information as you please, save your views, and switch between them according to your different tasks.

The Powerful Mission Control

When it comes to functionality, Mission Control brings a huge improvement compared to our long-lasting Marketing Plan(and yes, we know that we’re not 100% objective). Here is a short reminder of why:
