To unlock this capability, you will need to have added SMS to your Optimove package. If you can’t see this feature in your Optimove instance, contact your CSM to find out more.
To configure your SMS implementation, you will need to use both Optimove and your SMS partner’s platforms. It may be helpful to have developer support on hand to assist in configuring the connection between Optimove and your SMS partner.

Creating Your First SMS Campaign
You’re all set up! Now to start sending out SMS marketing campaigns with SMS.
First, you’ll want to create your first Template. You can learn more about creating Templates with SMS here.
Then, once you are happy with your SMS content, you can go ahead and create your first SMS campaign, complete with a highly segmented Target Group, advanced Scheduling options, and more. Learn how to create your first SMS campaign here.
