This integration was developed by NTH using Optimove's APIs. To start using NTH's messaging services (including Viber, SMS, and Viber+SMS) with Optimove, please contact your NTH contact.
Step 1: Add NTH Channels to Your Optimove Account
1. Log in to the Optimove Customer Portal
2. Complete the Channel Request form, selecting NTH from the list of vendors
Step 2: Generate Credentials for NTH Integration
1. Log in to your Optimove instance
2. Go to Settings > API Key Management
3. Create a new Integration API Key
4. Ensure Mobile Number is selected as an attribute—this is required for NTH's messaging channels
Step 3: Share Credentials with NTH
Once you have generated the credentials, send them to your NTH contact. NTH will configure the integration on your behalf.
Please Note: After the setup is finished, we recommend running a test campaign to ensure that everything is functioning properly.
