This integration was developed by MMD Smart using Optimove's APIs.
Supported Channels: MMD Smart integration supports the following channels:
- SMS: For both real-time and scheduled campaigns
- Viber: For scheduled campaigns only
- WhatsApp: For scheduled campaigns only
To start using MMD Smart with Optimove, please follow these steps:
- Choose "Optimove Channel Request" from the options on the Optimove Academy Portal.
- Select “MMD Smart” from the vendor dropdown list.
Be sure to select the relevant option from the vendor dropdown list:
- MMD Smart - SMS 474
- MMD Triggered SMS 214
- MMD Smart - Viber 480
- MMD WhatsApp - 405
Once we have configured the channel for you, please create an API key with permissions for the channel by following the steps outlined in Using the Optimove API. Once the API key is created, please forward this to the vendor so they can configure the integration on your behalf.
Please note: After the setup is finished, we recommend running a test campaign to ensure that everything is functioning properly.
