The Visits Explorer Report (available to Real-Time Triggers (formerly Track & Trigger) customers) allows you to analyze the visits your customers made to your website in any given month and learn about their behavior. As such, the report provides you with two layers of information:
- Visits by Lifecycle Stage
- Purchase (or your site’s main KPI) Prediction – this metric is customized according to your Optimove site’s main KPI and calculated based on historical data.
To access the report, go to the “Explore” tab and click on “Visits Explorer Report.”
