To unlock this capability, you will need to have added OptiText to your Optimove package. If you can’t see this feature in your Optimove instance, contact your CSM to find out more.
To configure your OptiText SMS implementation, you will need to use both Optimove and your OptiText partner’s platforms. It may be helpful to have developer support on hand to assist in configuring the connection between Optimove and your OptiText partner.

Creating Your First OptiText Campaign
You’re all set up! Now to start sending out SMS marketing campaigns with OptiText.
First, you’ll want to create your first Template. You can learn more about creating Templates with OptiText here.
Then, once you are happy with your SMS content, you can go ahead and create your first OptiText campaign, complete with a highly segmented Target Group, advanced Scheduling options, and more. Learn how to create your first OptiText campaign here.
