- Decreases in delivery rates
- Monitoring on number of IPs required
Premium Email Deliverability Monitoring
If you would like to benefit from deeper analysis and work with our experienced Email Deliverability team, you can tap into eDataSource’s email tracking and monitoring capabilities with our premium service, available to any OptiMail client. With this service we will be able to provide you with richer insights and analytics regarding their email deliverability and how you compare with competitors in their customers’ inbox.
This offering includes:

- Real-time inbox placement monitoring
- Real-time ISP level inbox placement monitoring (inbox provider level such as Gmail, Yahoo Hotmail)

There is nothing you need to do to activate this offering. When your Optimail account is configured your IP and sending domains will be added to our monitoring systems.

Can the data from eDataSource be incorporated into my Optimove site?
No, eDataSource is a tool that the Optimove team uses internally to provide you with additional email deliverability insights. You may receive insights via your customer success manager or through deliverability analysis as part of the premium offering.
Is my customer data safe with eDataSource?
None of your customer data is being shared with eDataSource. Only your sending IPs and sending domains are being shared with eDataSource.
