With Optimove Personalize, Optimove’s Digital Experience Platform (DXP), you can deliver personalized experiences in real-time, for faster time-to-conversion and higher customer lifetime value. By using Personalize components as part of your Email templates, you can display dynamically updated content and game recommendations that are based on your customer's behavior, preferences, activity, and more.
Recommendations can be added to Email templates in the form of Smart Banners, which are visual recommendations, including Recommended for You, New Products, Popular Nearby, and more.

How to Add Recommendations to Email Templates
There are three key steps involved with adding dynamic content recommendations to your Email templates.
- Creating a Smart Banner
- Building your Email Template
- Adding the Personalize Content Block
Step 1: Create Smart Banner
First, hop over to the Personalize UI to build your Smart Banner. For each Smart Banner, you’ll need Placements (to determine which content or game recommendation you’d like to display), and create the design of the banner, including recommendation images and more. You have the option to build the banner either using HTML/CSS or using our built-in Visual Editor.

Step 2: Build Email Template
Then, head back into Optimove and build your Email template as usual using the Visual Editor. Take advantage of any of the features available in the Visual Editor, from Content Tags to our AI Copy Assistant.

Step 3: Add Personalize Content Block
First, drag-and-drop the Personalize content block into the Email template. Once in the template, click Banner to open the Personalize modal.
Now, simply choose from your existing Personalize Smart Banners.
Once added, you can preview how the template will look (learn more about previewing Email templates here) or send a test to view the email in your own inbox.

"Live Events on Now" is a recommendation powered by AI, which dynamically presents real-time content, keeping users updated on current events, for example, football games or time-sensitive sales. It adapts to preferences, offering a curated stream of live experiences. This immersive feature enhances user connection, ensuring they never miss out on the latest and most relevant happenings.
New Games Available
"New Games Available" will empower you to enhance the discovery of new games. Analyzing user preferences, it displays the latest and most enticing games tailored to individual tastes. This dynamic recommendation system ensures gamers stay ahead, fostering excitement and engagement while transforming the gaming experience into a personalized adventure. It can also be used to promote new games available, tied to strategic partnerships or business objectives.
