How to Configure Web Inbox

We offer two ways to configure Web Inbox: Using an out-of-the-box (OOTB) widget or via API integration using your own component (DIY). 

Out Of The Box Integration

If you haven't already, you'll need to add our Web Inbox SDK to your website for the configuration. The Web Inbox SDK is designed to configure Web Inbox automatically. If you do not have the SDK configured, you can directly integrate the Web Inbox channel by following these instructions in our Developer Hub Web Inbox Setup section.

 

API Integration

If you have an existing notifications widget or want to create your own, you can integrate directly with our Web Inbox API. To do so, follow these instructions in our Developer Hub Web Inbox Setup section.
