The Monthly Web Active Visitors Report helps you understand your OptiWeb usage stats across all of your brands, including Monthly Active Visitors (MAV) and the number of Web Push messages sent. Monthly Active Visitors (MAV) is the total number of unique visitors to the website during the calendar month.
Report Overview
The report is located under the OptiWeb Section within the Settings area.
At the top of the report, you can view your Current MAV in the Past 30 Days. This is updated every day along with your batch process, and helps you understand the current MAV of your Website.
The Usage Trends section of the report will always load the past 7 full months of data, and displays the trend of your MAV on the left axis, and your Total Web Push messages sent on the right.
Further down in the report, you’ll see the Monthly Active Visitors table.
In the upper left, you have a date picker, which will allow you to select a date range of months to view the relevant MAV and Web Push sent messages data. In the table, the data is presented in rows and displays the aggregate Web push sent messages across all OptiWeb brands included in your instance. The Monthly Active Visitors (MAV) will display the MAV in the given calendar month across all brands.
With the accordion icon, you’re able to view all the relevant data on the brand level, so you can understand the usage across your different Web platforms.
Lastly, you are able to export the data (to .csv) utilizing the Export button next to the data picker in order to store or share the relevant data with your stakeholders.

The report presents the Monthly Active Visitors in the Past 30 Days. It also presents the Monthly Active Visitors and Web Push Sent in aggregate and by OptiWeb brand. The MAV for a month that is not yet completed is the prior day’s MAV.

Q: How far back does the report's data go?
The report shows data going back as far as you began using OptiWeb with Optimove. By default on report load, the prior 7 months will show in the table. You can utilize the date selected to change or increase the amount of data shown in the table. The table view will be included in the export if you utilize this functionality.
