The Domain Management tool in OptiWeb provides self-service domain management, eliminating the need for manual support requests.

Please Note: Changes may take several minutes to update.

• Scalability: Whether you're managing a single domain or multiple, this tool allows seamless modifications, making it easy to adapt as your business evolves. 

How to Access Domain Management

1. Log in to your Optimove instance.
2. Navigate to Settings > OptiWeb 
3. Click on the Domain Management Tab

Managing Your Domains

Adding a New Domain

1. Click Add Domain.
2. Enter the domain name.
3. Click Add Domain to apply changes.

Please Note: Domains must be correctly formatted (e.g., example.com or sub.example.com). 

Deleting a Domain

You can manually delete domains that are no longer in use by:

1. Clicking on the Trash Can beside the domain
2. Select Delete domain from the confirmation prompt

Please Note: Deleted domains cannot be recovered; you will need to re-add them manually if required. 

Bulk Deleting Domains

You can also bulk-delete domains by:

1. Checking the boxes for the domains you'd like to delete
2. Clicking Delete Selected Domains
