With Message Archiving, you can automatically save copies of all communications (emails, SMS, push notifications) sent to your customers in a storage bucket (Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Platform) of your choice.

How to Access the Feature
- Log into Optimove: Navigate to your Optimove account and go to the Settings page.
- Find the Message Archiving Section: Scroll to the bottom of the settings menu, where you will find the Message Archiving option
- Select Your Storage Bucket:
- Choose between Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Platform (CCP).
- Fill out the access key forms required for your chosen platform.
- Customize Storage Path (Optional):
- Set a custom storage path to organize your data in a way that best fits your needs
5. Save Changes: Click the Save button to activate the archiving service. Optimove will then automatically create and store a copy of each message before sending it.
Please Note: Once the messages are transferred to your storage bucket, maintaining the security and governance of the data is your responsibility.
