The Optimove status page provides updated information on the operational status of all Optimove systems across regions.
On the status page, you can view the operational status of:
- Systems in US and Europe – Core product, API, batch data process, and Real-Time Triggers (formerly Track & Trigger)
- Campaign Channels – OptiMail, OptiMobile, as well as select third-party execution channels

Subscribing for updates
In order to always stay up to date on the status of the different Optimove systems, you can subscribe to email, SMS, or RSS updates.
Subscribing for updates will help you stay informed when unfortunate issues arise with Optimove systems. Once subscribed, you will receive automated notifications on system issues as well as updates on the progress being made toward their resolution.

Past Incidents Log
At the bottom of the status page, you can find a historical log of all past incidents of the Optimove systems. This log will include both the time stamp of the initial issue as well as of each update provided until resolution.
