When using OptiText WhatsApp as a channel, WhatsApp metrics will be available at the bottom of the Campaign Analysis page.
The available metrics are the number of WhatsApp Conversations defined as seen below. Note that all campaign metrics are calculated based on the first template within your Business- or Customer-Initiated Conversation and do not reflect aggregated results across all templates within the Conversation.
- Sent: The number of unique customers in the selected Target Group. This represents the number of WhatsApp conversations you’ve sent.
- Delivered: The total number of unique customers to which a WhatsApp conversation was successfully delivered.
- Delivery Rate: Delivered/Sent as a percentage.
- Clicked: The total number of unique customers who either clicked a link, quick reply button, or interactive URL button in your WhatsApp conversation.
- Click Rate: Clicked/Delivered as a percentage.
- Opened: The total number of unique customers who saw your WhatsApp conversation.
- Open Rate: Opened/Delivered as a percentage.
- Unsubscribed: The unique number of customers who unsubscribed from your campaign.
- Unsubscribe Rate: Unsubscribed/Delivered as a percentage.
Explore Metrics in Mission Control
Go to Mission Control and click on the filter icon:
Under the Execution section, click on Channel. Then click Apply:
In the dashboard, select the OptiText WhatsApp channel to filter your campaign view:
On the right-hand pane of the dashboard, select OptiText WhatsApp under Metrics > Channel Metrics to view the exportable columns in your Mission Control view:
Alternatively, on the individual campaign level, click on the three dots next to the campaigns you want to analyze and click on Channel Metrics:

Opening Channel Metrics will display a modal where you can review all your related WhatsApp metrics, including Sent, Delivered, Delivery Rate, Opened, Open Rate, Clicked, Click Rate, Unsubscribed, and Unsubscribe Rate.
