The 'Winners' table provides a centralized list of every participant who has been assigned a prize in your campaign. This is where you can view winner details, manage the list, and export your data for prize fulfillment.
To access this view, navigate to the Prizes → Winners tab in your campaign editor.
Features of the Winners Table
From this screen, you can perform several key actions:
- View Winner Data: The table displays all the information collected from each winner via your registration form, along with details about the specific prize they won and when they won it.
- Filter Winners: Use the filter options at the top of the table to narrow down the list. You can filter by a specific prize to see all of its winners, or filter by status (e.g., if you are using a prize claim system).
- Export Data: Click the "Request file for export" button to download the current view of the winners list as a CSV or XLSX file. This is useful for sharing with your fulfillment team or for your own records.

Delete a Winner: You can manually remove a winner from the list by clicking the delete icon on their row.
- Important: When you delete a winner, the prize they won is returned to the prize pool and can be won again by another participant.
