For advanced use cases, you can use two separate registration forms in a single campaign flow. This strategy, often called "progressive profiling," allows you to collect basic information upfront (like an email address) and then ask for more detailed information only from highly engaged users who have completed the game.
If you ask for the same field in both forms (e.g., 'Email'), the value entered in the second form (on the Result Screen) will overwrite the value from the first one.
Setup Guide for Progressive Profiling
Here is a common example: collecting an email address before the game, and then asking for a full name and phone number only from players who complete it.
Step 1: Configure the First Form on the Start Screen
Add a 'Registration Form' element to your 'Start Screen'. In its field settings, enable only the basic information you need to get started, such as the 'Email' field. Make it required.
Step 2: Add a Result Screen to Your Flow
Ensure your Screen Flow is set up to include a 'Result Screen' after the 'Game Screen'. The flow should be Start → Game → Result → End.
Step 3: Configure the Second Form on the Result Screen
Add a new 'Registration Form' element to your 'Result Screen'. In its field settings, add the more detailed fields you want to collect from engaged users, such as 'Full Name' and 'Phone Number'.
With this setup, you can lower the initial barrier to entry for all players while still collecting detailed information from your most engaged participants after they have finished the game.
