The Gamify (formerly Adact) Data Connection makes it simple to add gamification to your Optimove campaigns, safely and at scale. By encoding each customer’s unique ID (CID) into campaign links, every recipient gets their own secure access point. This prevents unauthorized participation while keeping campaigns seamless across email, SMS, and web and mobile push.

How It Works (Step by Step)

Create the Data Connection
- Set up an Adact JWT Generator inside Optimove.

Create Your Template
- Choose your channel (best use cases: emails and web push).
- Add a button, image, or plain link to the template editor.
- Insert the Adact Link
- Paste your Adact campaign URL (e.g., https://brand.adact.me/mycampaign).
- Place your cursor at the end of the link and select Personalization.
- Then, open Data Connections (Beta).
4. Using the Data Connection

Select your Adact JWT Generator.
- Choose the [%CUSTOMER_ID%] so each link is personalized.
5. Finalize
- Click insert data, and now in the textbox, your button element should look like this.
