Stay up-to-date with your campaign's performance by setting up automated email notifications. These alerts are sent to your account's email address to inform you when important milestones are reached, such as a prize being won or a certain number of people participating.
To access these settings, open your campaign and navigate to the Publishing → Notifications tab.
Available Notification Types
You can enable one or more of the following alerts by using the toggle switches:
- Campaign has reached x amount of engagements: Receive an alert when the total number of participations (gameplays) reaches a specific number you define.
- Campaign has reached x amount of unique registrations: Receive an alert when a certain number of unique participants have successfully registered for your campaign.
- Campaign has ended: Get an email notification as soon as the campaign's scheduled end date is reached.
- Specific prize has been won: Receive an immediate notification whenever a specific, important prize is awarded. Click the search icon to select which prize(s) you want to be notified about. This is especially useful for monitoring when a high-value grand prize has been claimed.
