AI Insights Agent Cards Details
Add a Control Group
When identifying a recurring campaign with no control group AI Insights Agent will recommend that you add a control group. AI Insights Agent will recommend adding a control group only when the recurring campaign had passed a minimum group size, and received enough responses to enable a statistical conclusion in case a control group is added.

Switch to Self-Optimizing Campaign
AI Insights Agent will recommend a self-optimizing campaign when a recurring A/B or A/B/N campaign is identified. An Optimove self-optimizing campaign is a special type of recurring A/B/N campaign that automatically adjusts and optimizes its performance according to the response patterns of the customers receiving it, as compared with those of the control group.

Drop the Losing Action
When identifying an A/B campaign where one of the two actions consistently underperforms the other (based on the last 3 months aggregation), AI Insights Agent will recommend removing the losing action.

Target Overlooked Customers
At the end of every month, AI Insights Agent will scan your campaign coverage and identify customers who were overlooked (Live Customers who didn't receive any campaigns). Once overlooked customers are found, AI Insights Agent will recommend adding a campaign for these customers.

Focus Campaign on Best Responders
When identifying a sub-group that outperformed an overall ad hoc campaign, AI Insights Agent will recommend to duplicate the campaign to target new customers that answer its criteria while focusing on its best responders.
This recommendation will apply to cases where the uplift per customer of the sub-group outperformed the original group by at least 10% and the sub-group size is between 10% to 90% of the original group size.

Stop Paying the Price of Generalization
When identifying a sub-group that outperformed an overall recurring campaign, AI Insights Agent will recommend focusing the campaign on customers who outperformed the control group.

Validate Target Group Priorities
AI Insights Agent will recommend reprioritizing the target groups, giving the smaller group priority over the larger group, thus ensuring that the smaller group’s customers won’t be prevented from receiving more personalized treatment.
When identifying a large target group of customers who is prioritized above a smaller group and preventing customers from receiving more personalized campaigns.

Stop Ineffective Campaign
When identifying an ineffective campaign (not gaining credibility) AI Insights Agent will recommend stopping it and rethinking the offer, creative, etc.

Switch to Automatic Control Group Optimization
When identifying a test/control campaign in which revenue can be maximized, AI Insights Agent will recommend switching to automatic Control Group Optimization, where the system gradually reduces the campaign’s control group size, allowing more customers to receive the campaign.

Reactivate Churned Web & App Customers
When identifying a large number of previously churned customers, who visited your site but didn't perform any action, Optimove will recommend creating a new campaign, dedicated to that group.
This card is available for T&T customers and customers that have implemented the Optimove SDK.

Reduce Unsubscribe Rate
When identifying a significantly higher Unsubscribe Rate than that of other campaigns on the site, AI Insights Agent will recommend reviewing the campaigns’ offer and creative.

Best Campaign of The Week
This informative card highlights the best campaign executed during the previous week.
It will compare the campaign to the best performers from the last four weeks, based on the uplift generated (that means that the card will not appear if you don’t use control groups in your campaigns).

First Successful Campaign
This card will be displayed when AI Insights Agent identifies the first campaign with statistically credible and positive uplift.

Migration Alert
This AI Insights Agent card will be displayed as AI Insights Agent identifies positive or negative lifecycle migrations that deviate from the usual trend (taking into account natural instabilities) and the corresponding increase or decrease in future value.

Campaign with Long-Term Impact
This AI Insights Agent card highlights campaigns that significantly impacted the Future Value of the targeted customers, as compared with the control group.
Campaigns with long-term Future Value impact are generally considered to be better than campaigns affecting only shorter-term metrics, such as login days or short-term spending. Therefore, AI Insights Agent looks at the Future Value of the customers before the campaign started. If that group moved to a higher Future Value micro-segment, AI Insights Agent will let you know.

Conversion Benchmark
Once a month, a new AI Insights Agent insight will highlight the performance of your brand as compared with other brands in your vertical (from the supported categories-Gaming/eCommerce, among Optimove's customers), allowing you to compare your conversion performance to other brands in your industry.

New Customer Repeat Rate Benchmark
Same as the card above, this card refers only to new customers on your site, allowing you to benchmark your current repeat rate to your vertical (from the supported categories-Gaming/eCommerce, among Optimove's customers).

Anomaly Detection
AI Insights Agent helps you keep track of what’s going on, tracking your data and keeping you informed about anomalies.
