To get the most out of Optimove, we recommend that you configure different types of system notifications, which will provide you with information regarding the status of the data collection and analysis processes utilized by Optimove every day.
|| Site notifications can be configured by the site admin only.
|| Any email address (and not necessarily one associated with Optimove) can be registered for the site notifications.
The notifications include:
- Batch-Data Process Started - notifies the recipients when the Batch Data update started (on ETL start time).
- Batch-Data Process Completed - notifies the recipients when the batch-data update is completed successfully (on ETL completion time).
- Campaign Execution Started - notifies the recipients when the campaign execution process started.
- Campaign Execution Completed - Notifies the recipients when the campaign execution process is completed.
- Batch-Data Process Analytics Completed - Notifies the recipients when the entire process is completed.
To configure System Notifications go to your Settings area, and under General click System Notifications.
Click "Add Notification" and choose the notification you'd like to register from the dropdown list.
