The Segmentation Explorer report allows you to explore customer segments, gaining a deeper understanding and new insights into customer behavior.
Using the Segmentation Explorer, you can analyze individual segments based on attribute and cohort analysis, and drill down into customer sub-groups.
The report is split into three sections:
- Number of Customers – learn how many customers are in each segment and how every segment is trending over time.
- Average Attribute Values – compare groups based on key attributes to find out how valuable each group is to your business.
- Cohort Analysis – observe how segments change over time and interact with one another.
