Campaign Metrics
Get a detailed view of your campaign metrics.
You can access the Campaign Metrics via the three dots menu to the left of each campaign (as shown in the previous section).
At the top of the modal, you can see the campaign's trigger, Target Group, and date range.
Switch the analysis KPI using the "Show Increase In" dropdown menu.
The Campaign Metrics table provides the following details:
- Response Breakdown: A breakdown of the actions sent and the number of customers that received the actions.
- Group Size:
- # of Customer who acted on the campaign's KPI
- % of Customer who acted on the campaign's KPI
- The percentage of customers who acted on the campaign’s KPI.
- An Average of the selected campaign KPI, e.g. Avg. Total Deposit Amount
Next to these metrics, you can find the Gaussian bell that indicates whether the results are statistically credible. Green means that results are credible, while gray means results are not credible. Hovering over the icon provides additional details about the differences between the test and control groups.
On the left, there’s a dynamic graph that visualizes your campaign’s uplift. For a description of the different graphs in this modal, click here.
Export a CSV of your campaign's performance for each KPI using the “Export” button. This CSV will include the results of both the test and control groups.
Channel Metrics
The Channel Metrics modal provides channel-level insights into the performance of your execution channels.
You can access the Channel Metrics modal from two places:
1. Via the three dots menu to the left of each campaign
2. By clicking the blue arrows as presented below.
At the top, you can view the campaign’s trigger, Target Group, and the date range for which results are presented.
Additionally, in the Channel Metrics modal, you can view a breakdown of the Channel Metrics results per each action. For a description of the different Channel Metrics in this modal, click here.
Export a CSV list of the channel metrics performance using the “Export” button. The exported CSV lists all of the templates delivered as part of the triggered campaign and details channel metrics for each template.
