As measuring channel efficiency becomes more difficult, we encourage you to embrace incrementally the use of control groups in order to know what is actually working for you.
- As the pandemic continues to evolve, we suggest you revisit last year’s May issue for tips on how to become more relevant in your response to changes in customer behavior and more agile in your own marketing workflows.
