Reevaluating target groups before sending campaigns, by default
Discovering customer insights using real-time data isn’t the only benefit of real-time attributes. They also help ensure customers are removed from target groups before campaign execution if they no longer meet the group’s criteria.
Self-serve event configuration and monitoring
Gone are the days you’d have to wait for Optimove’s Product Integrations team to configure a behavioral event in your name. Now, account Admins (BTW, did you know you can have more than one now?) who have Track and Trigger can create the events you need to run your triggered campaigns directly from within the Optimove UI.
Re-imagining real-time campaign reporting
The last real-time update of the year came in the form of the revamped Triggered Campaign Explorer. A new flexible table view that allows you to easily view the aggregate and campaign-specific uplift of any triggered campaign, its channel performance metrics, response rate, and much more.
