Enteractive is a call center and communication solution designed for clients to improve engagement when previous campaigns have underperformed. Leveraging the Optimove APIs, Enteractive gathers campaign details and customer data, providing a feedback loop at the campaign’s conclusion to evaluate performance. Due to the extended nature of these campaigns, Enteractive requires daily checks to confirm users’ ongoing consent for marketing and to monitor campaign performance.
Integration Limitation
The Enteractive channel is available only for scheduled campaigns via the Campaign Builder. Ad-hoc campaigns are not supported.
Onboarding New Client
Follow these steps to integrate Enteractive into your system:
- Submit the Integration Request:
- Choose "Optimove Channel Request" from the options on the Optimove Academy Portal.
- Select “Enteractive” from the vendor dropdown list.
- Activate the Enteractive Channel:
- Optimove will enable the Enteractive channel for your account.
- Generate the API Key:
- Once we have configured the channel for you, please create an API key with permissions for the channel by following the steps outlined in Using the Optimove API. Make sure you are using the following specifications:

- Once we have configured the channel for you, please create an API key with permissions for the channel by following the steps outlined in Using the Optimove API. Make sure you are using the following specifications:
- Share the API Key:
- Securely share the generated API key with Enteractive via your dedicated Account Manager.
- The Account Manager will guide you through the next steps and manage the setup and any necessary projects on Enteractive's end.
Please note: After the setup is finished, we recommend running a test campaign to ensure that everything is functioning properly.
Optimizing Engagement Through SMS and Email
While phone calls are the primary method of communication, SMS serves as a complementary channel. Examples include:

Sending an SMS after a call to summarize the conversation.

Following up via SMS when a customer cannot be reached, informing them of the contact attempt.
This dual-channel approach enhances engagement and underscores the importance of obtaining explicit permissions for SMS and email communication. These additional channels significantly contribute to the campaign’s success.
