The 'Text' element is one of the most fundamental building blocks for your campaign screens. Use it to add headlines, descriptive paragraphs, instructions, or any other written content to your campaign.
Note: This guide covers settings specific to the Text element. For general settings that apply to most elements (like backgrounds, borders, padding, or mobile vs. desktop visibility), please refer to our main styling guides.
How to Add and Edit Text
- On any campaign screen, click the "+ Add" button between elements and select the 'Text' element.
- A new text block will appear. Click on it to open the editor.
- Use the rich text editor toolbar to format your content. You can change fonts, sizes, colors, alignment, create lists, and add links, similar to using a standard word processor.
Using Shortcodes for Personalization
The Text element is the primary place you will use shortcodes to display dynamic information. You can type any shortcode directly into the text box to personalize the experience for each participant.
For example: "Congratulations, #full_name#! You won a #prizeName#!"

Layout Settings
You can adjust the layout of the text block itself with these settings:
- Width: Control the width of the text block within the content area.
- Element Margins: Adjust the vertical spacing (in pixels) above and below the text block to position it perfectly relative to other elements.
