The Email Analytics dashboard helps you track and analyze the performance of the automated emails sent from your campaigns. Use these insights to measure engagement and optimize your email content and subject lines for future campaigns.

To access this dashboard, navigate to the Analytics → E-mail Analytics tab for your campaign.

The Email Performance Funnel

The main funnel at the top of the page visualizes the user's journey, from receiving the email to interacting with it. The key metrics are:

• Delivery Rate: The percentage of emails that were successfully delivered to the recipients' inboxes.
• Open Rate: The percentage of delivered emails that were opened. This is a key indicator of your subject line's effectiveness.
• Click Rate: The percentage of opened emails in which a recipient clicked on at least one link. This measures the engagement level of your email's content.

Filtering by Email Template

If you have multiple automated emails set up for your campaign (e.g., for different prizes or in different languages), you can filter the entire dashboard to view data for a specific email template.

• Use the language tabs to switch between different language versions of your campaign.
• Use the 'Select a template' dropdown menu to isolate the analytics for just one email.

When viewing "All templates", the dashboard will also highlight the "Most opened template subject" and "Most clicked link" across all your emails, helping you identify your top-performing content.

Daily Statistics

This chart visualizes the performance of your emails on a daily basis, allowing you to see trends in open and click activity over the duration of your campaign.

To get a more detailed breakdown, click "Request file for export" to download a CSV or XLSX file containing raw data on sends, deliveries, bounces, opens, and clicks.

Recipient Breakdown and Search

The table at the bottom of the page provides a detailed log of every recipient for the selected templates. You can see the status for each individual (Sent, Opened, Clicked) and use the search and filter options to find a specific person or group based on various criteria.
