Resetting your campaign analytics is a powerful tool designed to clear all test data from your campaign before your official launch. This ensures that the data you collect from your actual participants is clean and accurate.
Warning: This Action is Permanent and Irreversible
Before you proceed, you must understand the following:
- This will permanently delete ALL data associated with this campaign.
- This includes all gameplay entries, leaderboard scores, registration data, and prize winner records.
- Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered by you or our support team.
Recommendation: Only perform this action after you have completely finished all internal testing and immediately before you launch your campaign to the public. If you need to save any of your test data, please export it first.
How to Reset Your Analytics
- Navigate to the Analytics section of your campaign.
- Locate and click the Reset Analytics button.
- A confirmation window will appear asking you to confirm the action. Read it carefully.
- To proceed, confirm your choice in the pop-up window.
After resetting, your campaign will be a clean slate, ready to collect fresh participant data.
