This guide explains how to add new users, manage their permissions, and define their roles within Gamify (formerly Adact), ensuring everyone on your team has the appropriate level of access.
Adding a New Team Member
Follow this process to invite a new user to your account.
- From the main settings, navigate to the Team Members section and click the + Add new member button.

If the "Add new member" button is greyed out, it means all of your available team member slots have been used. To purchase more, please contact your Customer Success Manager or upgrade your subscription. - In the 'Add new team member' window that appears, fill in the following fields:
- Full Name: The user's full name.
- Email: This serves as the user's login and is the address used for all support communications.
- Position: The user's job title or role (e.g., Marketing Manager).
- Define the User Role and grant Brand/Campaign Access as needed. See the sections below for a detailed explanation of these permissions.
- Click Add.
User Roles Explained
Gamify by Optimove has two distinct roles that determine a user's administrative privileges. The key differences are outlined below:

Managing Existing Team Members
You can modify a user's permissions or remove them from your account at any time.
- To Edit Permissions: Click the Edit permissions button next to a user's name. You can adjust their brand and campaign access, but you cannot change their name or email address.
- To Delete a User: Click the Delete user button. This action permanently revokes their access to your account.
Managing Pending Invitations
A team member slot is only consumed after the user accepts their invitation via email. You can manage all outstanding invitations in one place.
- Click the Invitations to team tab to see a list of all users who have not yet accepted their invitation.
- From here, you can:
- Resend: Click this to send the invitation email again.
- Delete: Click this to cancel the invitation entirely.
