The Customer Activity Metrics page provides a high-level view of your customer engagement trends over the past 12 months. This data is pulled directly from Mobius, ensuring it is the same source of truth used for billing and analytical reporting. By monitoring these trends, you can gain a clear understanding of your account's active user base over time.

- Click the Settings icon in the main navigation menu.
- Select the Customer Activity Metrics tile.
A Guide to the Customer Activity Metrics Screen
This page features a visualization of your customer activity trends, making it easy to spot seasonal peaks or shifts in engagement.
Unique Active Customers
This metric allows you to see how many unique customers were considered active in each of the last 12 months.
- Active Definition: For your account, a customer is counted as active when their Total Deposit Amount > 0 during that month.
- Exact Counts: You can hover over any bar in the trend chart to see the exact count for that specific month.
- Data Integrity: This data is tenant-specific and pulled from Mobius, the same source used for billing, providing a consistent "single source of truth."
