Optimove Loyalty allows you to build deep, engaging customer journeys by rewarding players for their interactions. By integrating missions, badges, and virtual currencies directly into your tenant’s experience, you can drive specific player behaviors and foster long-term brand affinity.
Accessing the system is seamless for existing Optimove users, requiring no additional tenant-side configuration to begin utilizing your existing event data for loyalty logic.
Access the Platform
- Log in to your Optimove instance.
- Click the App Launcher (grid icon) in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
- Select Loyalty System from the product list.
Navigating the Core Menu
Once inside Optimove Loyalty, use the sidebar to manage your gamification assets. The path to access these settings is Loyalty System Core → [Specific Menu Item].
- Badges: Create and manage achievement icons.
- Experience Points: Configure the XP and leveling logic.
- Virtual Currencies: Define your custom in-game economy.
- Level Builder: Structure the tiers and milestones for player progression.
