Optimove Loyalty allows you to create goal-oriented tasks that drive player engagement and increase customer lifetime value. By utilizing event-based triggers, you can build structured journeys that reward specific behaviors directly within your player's experience.

Missions are designed for flexibility, allowing you to leverage any event currently available in Optimove without additional configuration. This guide walks through the four key steps to launching a mission, from initial details to defining the final rewards.

Step 1: Mission Details

1. Navigate to Optimove Loyalty → Missions and click + New Mission.
2. Enter a unique Title that will be displayed to the player.
3. Provide a Short description (max 500 characters) to guide the player on how to complete the mission.
4. Upload a cover Image for the mission card (SVG, PNG, JPG, or GIF, max 800x400px).
5. Click Next.

Step 2: Mission Setup

Select the win condition that best fits your objective:

• Instant mission: Triggered by a single action or event, such as making a specific deposit.
• Progress mission: Requires a set number of actions to be completed over a period.
• Accumulative mission: Sums values over time, such as reaching a total deposit amount within a month.

Choose your Event (e.g., deposit_made) and set the required Attribute logic (e.g., Equals 100).

Step 3: Unlock Criteria

Missions can have an optional "unlock price" that players must meet to participate.

1. Click + Add Criteria Type.
2. Select from Virtual Currency, Badge, or Experience.
3. Define the specific asset and quantity required (e.g., spending 100 Diamonds).

Step 4: Rewards

Define the incentives granted to the player upon successful mission completion.

1. Click + Add Reward Type.
2. Choose a reward category: Badge, Virtual Currency, or Experience Points.
3. Select the specific asset from your library (e.g., the Fully Equipped badge).
4. Click Save & Activate to go live.
