Managing Assets: Badges & Currencies

Building an effective gamification strategy requires tangible rewards that resonate with your audience. In Optimove Loyalty, Badges and Virtual Currencies serve as the primary non-monetary incentives that drive player progression and celebrate key milestones in the customer journey.

Setting up these assets beforehand allows you to seamlessly integrate them as rewards or entry requirements when building your missions. This centralized management ensures that your visual identity remains consistent across all gamified touchpoints.

Create a New Badge

1. Navigate to Optimove Loyalty → Badges.
2. Click the + Add Badge button in the top-right corner.
3. Enter a unique Badge name (e.g., "Enter The Arena").
4. (Optional) Enter a Description to provide further context for your internal team.
5. In the Icon section, click Click to upload or drag and drop your image file.
6. Click Create.

Create a Virtual Currency

1. Navigate to Optimove Loyalty → Virtual Currencies.
2. Click the + Add Virtual Currency button.
3. Provide a Currency name (e.g., "Diamonds").
4. (Optional) Add a Description for the currency's use case.
5. Upload a representative image in the Icon section.
6. Click Create.

Reviewing Your Assets

You can view and manage your existing assets at any time by navigating to the Badges or Virtual Currencies overview screens. Use the three-dot menu on any item to edit or remove it.
