Welcome to Optimove! This video will give you a quick orientation around your new Optimove site.
Our navigation bar has 4 modules that serve as Optimove’s building blocks.
Access your customer model via the “Predictive Model” tab. Explore your customers and uncover insights with the “Analysis & Reporting” tab. Build your campaigns and manage all of your marketing plans from “One to One Campaigns” and harvest the power of AI with AI Insights Agent (formerly Optibot).
Click on the burger menu to make sure your site is fully up to date, view your site’s customer attributes, access the settings area, or contact support.
You should also know that in Optimove, we always got your back. Whenever you run into a topic that you don’t understand, click on the black cap to easily access relevant academy articles and get a deeper explanation of any subject.
