Welcome to this overview of Mission Control.
Mission Control is the perfect solution to scale CRM Marketing efforts, as it allows you to analyze, monitor, and strategize hundreds of journeys in one place, consolidating scheduled and triggered campaigns.
Each campaign in Mission Control is represented as a single row in the table. The campaign’s details and performance metrics are represented as columns.
You can customize the table to add additional information about your campaigns. Add and remove columns using the tool pane on the right.
To customize Mission Control, use the Filters at the top of the page.
Select a filterable data point and click apply. Choose the desired target groups, actions, or any other information you would like to view.
To see your campaign’s status, make sure to add the Current Status column.
Choose the Date Range in which you’d like to analyze your campaigns.
The “First in range” column refers to the first occurrence that took place in the date range selected. For example, in the “Email Engagement” campaign, the first campaign execution took place on November 8th. You could also add the “Last in range” column to view the last occurrence that took place.
To see how effective each campaign was, add the “Increase” column. You can do that by clicking on the “Columns” button to the right, clicking the arrow next to “metrics”, and marking “increase”.
Let’s sort our campaigns by Increase, to learn which campaign contributed the highest incremental value to our KPI.
