Welcome to the BI Studio where we can create any customized dashboard or report tailored to your needs and answer any of your business questions based on the data we have available from you. You can gain easy access to the studio by navigating to the analysis and research tab and then clicking on the BI icon.
Within your reports, we can include various filters so that you can analyze your data and performance amongst different groups of customers, campaigns, products, etc. in different periods. We can include cool visuals to easily pick out interesting trends and insights from your data and also include data tables if needed for further analyses.
Some of our most common and useful reports requested from our clients include a CRM performance dashboard. If you would like to measure and compare the overall and detailed performance of your campaigns across different groups and periods, all in one place then we can create a bespoke report for you.
Another common report is the KPI dashboard where you can easily monitor performance over time across various business KPIs. If you would like to track performance amongst different segments or easily identify unusual trends in your data then we can create a report including metrics, filters, and visuals that are more interesting and important for you and your business.
Other useful reports include product repeat rates in the last 6 months or a year or even a cohort analysis.
