Please note:
To unlock this capability, you will need to have added DynamicMail to your Optimove package. If you can’t see this feature in your Optimove instance, contact your CSM to find out more.
In case you encountered any bug in DynamicMail and you need our team to look into it, please make sure to collect the following information immediately:
- Explain the issue using as many details as you can.
- For example, if you say, “Problem with Store Locator” we wouldn’t be able to fix the problem. Better saying “Store Locator is displaying the wrong image in Florida”.
- Write out what the expected result should be (this might be obvious but please state anyway) For example, “The Orlando store should appear in Florida”.
- Send us the HTML email link with the known issue.
- Make sure to mention the Device and email client (with version number) the issue is seen on (Ex: iPhone 7, version 12.4 with native Apple mail email client)
- If there’s a Geo-location issue, please tell us the IP of the user who saw the issue. (Tell the client to type in Google: “what’s my IP”)
- Add any relevant screenshots or videos that show the problem.
- Was this component created by the creator or by the bespoke team? Please mention that in the email as well.
- Is this component currently live or is it in development? Make sure to address this question too.
- Email the above details to dmsupport@optimove.com and your Customer Success Manager
