Key aspects of customer behavior are described by a set of segmentation layers for each lifecycle stage. The same group of customers is clustered into distinct customer personas across each segmentation layer, to enable persona identification and customer insights.
As in the example below, within this lifecycle stage, customers are segmented across the Segmentation layers of RFM, Device Preference, Product Preference, Longevity and Geo.
