Duration also known as a measurement period, is the number of days a campaign is considered to be in effect. During this period, Optimove prevents customers from receiving other campaigns to avoid measurement ambiguity (unless the customer is eligible to recieve a campaign with the 'Include All' exclusion type). It is also the period during which Optimove measures the results of the campaign.
For example, if a campaign is executed on 1 April with a duration of 3 days, full campaign results will be displayed on 4 April. Furthermore, included customers are prevented from receiving additional campaigns for 3 days.
