System Notifications
You can now configure different types of system notifications, helping you keep track of the status of data collection, campaign execution, and analysis processes performed by Optimove each day. Click System Notifications in the Settings page to specify the email addresses that will be notified upon each event:

New Mobile SDK Version Supports Triggered Campaigns
The new version of the Optimove Mobile SDK, available for both iOS and Android mobile apps, includes the following new functionality:
- Support for triggered campaigns – Events collected via the mobile SDK can be used for triggering campaigns in real-time.
- Collection of device information per event – Optimove now collects device information as part of the built-in functionality of the mobile SDK. The information collected includes the device type, the platform, and more.
Triggered Campaigns with Daily Recurrence
When creating triggered campaigns, you can now control the maximum number of times each customer/visitor can see each campaign (assuming that the customer/visitor activated the relevant campaign trigger):

Marketing Plan – Additional Details Now Available in Campaign List
The Campaign List view in the Marketing Plan now includes these additional fields: the number of campaign responders, the response rate, and the average campaign response metrics for the selected KPIs. The new fields can also be exported as a CSV file for additional analysis.
Optimail Conditional Clauses for Transactional Sends
Transactional emails sent via Optimail can now also include content customization using conditional clauses, similar to scheduled Optimail campaigns. You can use conditional clauses to modify specific sections of the email template to match different customer types or behaviors, such as showing a different header image for loyal customers or including a different offer based on the customer’s purchase history.
New Integrated Execution Channels
Optimove is now integrated with the following additional execution channels:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget) MobilePush – Execute mobile push notification campaigns via the Salesforce Marketing Cloud mobile push channel. For details, see Optimove-Salesforce Marketing Cloud MobilePush Integration.
- Braze for Email – In addition to the existing integration with Braze for the execution of push notification campaigns, Optimove is now also integrated with Braze for the execution of email campaigns.
- Cheetah Digital – Execute email campaigns via the Cheetah Digital channel.
Support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s Content Builder
The Optimove-Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email (formerly, ExactTarget) integration now supports template management via the Content Builder tool. Because Salesforce announced the end of life of the Classic Content tool in January 2019, there is a content migration process that you need to perform by that time.
