Omega System serves as a versatile management platform designed to fulfill various functionalities. It provides users with a comprehensive bonus and loyalty engine, enabling clients to effectively attract, engage, and retain players, among other capabilities.
Utilizing Optimove, brands gain the capability to execute scheduled and real-time campaigns for intricate Target Groups. Furthermore, they can seamlessly allocate bonuses and tag players within the Omega system.

Omega supports the following integration capabilities:
- Batch Data Processing
- Promotional Integration: Seamlessly incorporate promotional activities into your campaigns for Scheduled and Triggered Campaigns
Batch Data Integration
- Data Delivery Method: DB to DB connection
Integration Steps:
- Connection Set up: Optimove will set up the connection. Please contact your project manager for credential access.
- Data Delivery & QA: Omega will share historical data, which Optimove will retrieve and begin the QA phase.
- ETL Set up: Omega will automate the batch data processing, enabling seamless data ingestion.
Upon completing data and ETL finalization milestones, the data will be ingested into Optimove for use in campaigns and segmentation.

Promotional Integration
Prerequisites:
- The Customer ID in Optimove should match the Customer ID in Omega
Integration Steps:
- Contact your Account Manager in Omega and ask for the following details and share them with your Customer Solution Engineer in Optimove:
- apiKey
- secretKey
- BaseURL
- UType - always API
- StaffId - required for tag players
- Brand IDs - required for bonus syncing
- Inform which capabilities you would like to use:
a. Awarding coded bonuses for scheduled campaigns
b. Awarding coded bonuses for real-time campaigns
c. Tagging players in scheduled campaigns
d. Tagging players in real-time campaigns
e. Remove tags for players for scheduled campaigns
f. Remove tags for players for real-time campaigns
*Any real-time capability can be used only for clients who have implemented real-time campaigns in their instance.
- Once Optimove added the integration to your Optimove instance you will be able to find your coded bonuses and /or tags in the promotion dropdown
- Tags will be named “omega-TagName”
- Coded bonuses will be named”BrandID_BonusName”
Award Coded Bonuses in Scheduled Campaigns
To Award coded bonuses in scheduled campaigns, perform the following steps:
1. Create a campaign as usual
2. In the Execution Details section, choose the desired bonus from the drop-down menu and turn on the conditional execution button
Important Notes:
- Only active coded bonuses will be available in Optimove within a maximum of one hour from the creation time in Omega
- The campaign should be created at least 1 hour before the execution time.
- In a single campaign, it is possible to select multiple bonuses. However, if one or more bonuses fail to be successfully assigned to a particular player, Optimove will refrain from sending the campaign to that player.
- In the Targeted Customers, the final list contains users who have been assigned all coded bonuses successfully.
Award Coded Bonuses in Real-Time Campaigns
To award coded bonuses in real-time campaigns, perform the following steps
1. Create a campaign as usual
2. In the Execution Details section choose the desired bonus from the drop-down menu
Important Notes:
- Only active coded bonuses will be available in Optimove within a maximum of one hour from the creation time in Omega
- Customers that triggered the campaign will receive the campaign in real-time even if the bonus wasn’t awarded successfully
Tag Players in Scheduled Campaigns
To tag players in scheduled campaigns, perform the following steps:
- Create a campaign as usual
- In the Execution Details section, choose the desired tag from the drop-down menu and turn on the conditional execution button
Important Notes:
- Active tags will be available in Optimove within a maximum of one hour from the creation time in Omega
- The campaign should be created at least 1 hour before the execution time
- It is possible to select multiple Tags for a single campaign. However, if one or more tags fail to be successfully assigned to a particular player, Optimove will refrain from sending the campaign to that player.
- Only customers that were tagged successfully with all selected tags will receive the campaign, the final list can be found in Targeted Customers
Tag Players in Real-Time Campaigns
To tag players in real-time campaigns,perform the following steps:
1. Create a campaign as usual
2. In the Execution Details section, choose the desired tag from the drop-down menu
Important Notes:
- Only active tags will be available in Optimove within a maximum of one hour from the creation time in Omega
- Multiple tags can be chosen in one campaign
- Customers who triggered the campaign will receive the campaign in real-time even if they were not tagged successfully
Remove Tags
Optimove can remove tags from players. If you would like, it can be a scheduled process that runs every day at the same time and checks which tag should be removed from which player
Remove Tag After a Scheduled Campaign
The date for untagged users is calculated based on the campaign duration. For example, if the campaign is scheduled to be executed on 1st April with a duration of 3 days, the user will be untagged on 4 April.
Remove Tag After a Real-Time Campaign
Players will be untagged the day after in case of real-time campaigns.
